you need 5 to make. need that 5x朱雀pearl = 朱雀破, 5x白虎pearl = 白虎破, 5x玄武pearl =玄武附體, 5x青龍pearl = 青龍附體 to make.
and u must go to 5 place 封印處 to put pearl inside
