egg 100gm
egg yolk 100gm
sugar 150gm
gelatine powder 10gm
mascarpone cheese 500gm
whipped cream 400gm
作法:
1.egg+egg yolk+sugar beat up together
2.add mascarpone cheese
3.add gelatine powder
4.whipped cream
