延安府的路又窄又斜，很難引妖怪。
反正多一、二級就能去代洲道了（那兒怪多、路寬、經驗高），
通常大家都會在渭洲道升級，skip延安，然後直接去代洲。
所以延安沒什麽人……
在渭洲升級先，忍一忍，，然後直接去代洲吧！

normally people will rather choose to up level in daizhou perfecture instead.
tat's the reason why u couldn't find people in yanan.
suggest u to up level in weizhou,skip yanan,
wait until your level high enough,then enter daizhou straightly.
