水滸出現亂碼，不能打華文解決方法

首先，start
>>> 1. control panel
>>> 2. Regional and Language Options
>>> 3. Advanced
>>> 4. 選Chinese (Taiwan)
>>> 5. 按ok
>>> 6. restart 就可以

shirt + Alt 看看~ 可能你沒有南極星之類可以打華文的軟件， 只要出現以下的圖案就可以
